Location: Polo Ground, Ipoh
Warm-up: 8:00 PM
Run starts sharp: 8:15 PM
Fee: RM 15

Here’s the challenge.

Forget stopping at a stall. You bring your ice cream-to-be.
Each runner gets a sealed bag containing:
🥛 Milk
🥜 Peanut butter (Optional)
💪 Protein powder (Chocolate)
🧊 Crushed ice

You tuck it in your bag or running belt. Then you run, shake, bounce, and churn as you move.
By the time you finish ~3km-5km , the bag has turned into creamy, homemade peanut butter chocolate protein ice cream.
Open, eat, done. No spoon needed.

What to Bring 🙌🏻
· Water bottle
· Smartphone (for your melt selfie)
· Small towel or wipes (just in case)
· Change of clothes (for after the run)

What to Wear
· Fitted or layered clothing
· Comfortable running shorts / leggings / joggers
· Running shoes
