QRTC Open Play Singles (Bacoor)

🏆 Game Format: Singles
- Each player is guaranteed 2 matches.
- A match is a Race to 6 games.
- 2nd Deuce is sudden death.
- Balls will be provided.
- Each player is granted a 5 minute warmup before each match.
- In the event that a player's game ends quickly (6-1,6-0), players are entitled to rally or extend their match until 8 games so long as they do not exceed the 30 minute per game limit

🎾 Confirmation of Slots

1️⃣: Send a "Request to Join" for the meet.

2️⃣: Submit your Proof of Payment in the activity chatbox to confirm your slot.

***Players will be confirmed on a first-to-pay, first to be confirmed basis (Payment is upfront to ensure commitment and reduce cancellations) for the activity.***

🛑 Cancellation Policy
- A player can cancel their payment so long as they find a suitable replacement player for the activity
- Payment will be forfeited if a player cannot find a replacement player in time.
