Good day, Power Errors!

To ensure our games run smoothly and remain fair for everyone, we are implementing a new reservation rule. This rule is in response to past meets where "no-shows" occurred without payment of the penalty fee, forcing attending players to shoulder the extra costs for court and shuttle fees. Since we book our courts based on the participant list, we need this system to maintain order.

To secure your slot, please follow these steps:

Waitlist Status: Upon signing up, you will initially be placed on "Hold."

Initial Payment: Upload a screenshot of your proof of payment (initial 200 pesos) to the specific event thread before the scheduled meet.

Verification: Once the 200 deposit is verified, you will be moved to the official Participants List.

Deadline: If the initial payment is not received within 24 hours, your slot will be released back to the waitlist.

Final Fees:
Once the game is finished, the final queue fee will be calculated and announced. Please pay the remaining balance (total fee minus your initial 200 payment) before leaving the venue.
