*Court Booking Terms & Conditions*

• HAC Courtyard Pickle is an outdoor court.
• In the event of unfavorable weather conditions (e.g. rain or unsafe playing conditions), all bookings will be rescheduled to another available time slot.
• Management reserves the right to determine court playability based on weather conditions.

*Cancellation Policy*
• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before your scheduled booking time.
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to the booking are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
• No-shows will automatically forfeit the booking fee.

*Liability Waiver*
HAC Courtyard Pickle shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during play. By submitting a join request and participating, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
