Please wait until your name is moved to the WAITLIST before sending payment.
• Once moved from Requested to Waitlist, payment must be made immediately to secure and confirm your slot.
• Check first if there’s available slot before paying 💚

📋 OPEN PLAY REMINDERS
✅ Check in with the Admin / Stack Master upon arrival
Let us know your Reclub name so we can add you to the digital queue.
✅ Tell us your playing level honestly
Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced — no pressure!
If you’re new, just say so. We’re happy to guide you and match you with the right group.
✅ New to Open Play? Just ask!
Not sure how rotations work? Unsure about scoring? Our team and players are always willing to help. Don’t hesitate to ask questions.
✅ Be patient with the rotation system
Everyone gets equal court time. Relax, watch games, cheer others on, and enjoy the vibe while waiting.
✅ Request games politely
Feel free to ask for matchups — kindness and respect always come first.
✅ Most importantly — have fun and learn 💚
It’s okay to make mistakes. Open Play is for improving, meeting new friends, and enjoying the game.


📌 CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before Open Play
• Payments are non-refundable
• Cancelled slots will be converted into Open Play credits for future sessions
