📚教學內容 (介紹，示範，練習，總結)
1) 正確握拍(Grip)，預備姿勢(Ready Position)，基本步法(Footwork)，分腿墊步(Split Step)
2) 長短丁克球 (Dink shot)
3) 發球，接發球(Serve/Return of Serve)
4) 正手抽球，雙反手抽球(Forehand and Double backhand Stroke)
5) 第三拍短球(3rd Shot Drop)
6) 正反手平推截擊(F&B hand Punch Volley)，高吊球(Offensive Lobs)，頂刹球(Overhead Smash)
7) 競賽規則 (Game Rule)
