1️⃣You will need to download DUPR and sync to reclub, which INVOLVES AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION TO DUPR FOR 1290 PESOS A YEAR, you wont be making this payment to us but to the appstore, goolge store or istore.
2️⃣You must be open minded to play with anyone on this meet.
3️⃣No adjust play, no mercy to your opponents. It is beneficial to you if you can 0 score your opponent.
4️⃣No manipulation of true winner of the game, players caught intentionally prolonging the game or letting the opponent win, will be warned.
5️⃣You can expect this meet to be very competetive.

📌Frequently asked questions?
1️⃣I think this meet will be cancelled because only few are attending? Doha doha no nuon kog attend.
✅This meet will proceed despite headcount target not reached, court may shrink to 1 court depending on actual number of attendees without compromising players game count experience!
‼️In case you needed that ⬆️ clarification
✅DUPR rating events needs to be at least 16 pax in rotation with everyone for the initial rating to be reliable. Matchmaking of DUPR Rating will be done in accordance to DUPR standard and will require days ahead to prepare match making sequence, this will NOT BE DONE via PICKLEQ.
✅DUPR OPEN means an open play but all matches are for DUPR Recording, matching will be made via pickleQ via auto balanced Mode.
2️⃣So I will secure your slot by paying in advance?
✅We would gladly accept that!

✅No because this is time booking secured by DINKERBELL for you to have peace of mind that on this day and time we are available for you to socialize and GET DUPR RATED. ✅Yes you may! But take note that:
📌2 days before the meet on Thursday 12noon, Unpaid attendees of this meet will be transferred to " waitlisted", that means anyone who is quick to make payment may take your slot. 🙂‍↔️
📌1 day before meet If by Friday 12nn there is still slots available and you are still on waitlist, I will have to put you "on hold" status that means you need to negotiate with host if you can attend, but there is no need to be on "on-hold" because we are Dinkerbell 🧚‍♂️
📌We hope that plotting in advance means the likeliness and probability with you joining us will be certain! Just dont cancel last minute 😆

📌Why do you need to have a DUPR rating anyway?
✅you are already Future tournament proof (q2 of 2026 April May June there are lots of Competition going sa Mindanao, then you reading this message is a very likely player to join in tournaments)
✅Record your matches and send them to DUPR database so your DUPR Rating can be updated and visible to everyone in pickleball community
✅Can challenge anyone to a DUPR game = have a non commercial friendly yet competetive match

📌Target players to join:
✅Competitive players who are NR (Not Rated) and want to build a reliable DUPR rating.
✅Players with existing DUPR rating but DUPR match count is less than 40
✅who accepts challenge to risk their existing DUPR rating and play with a WILDCARD NR player.

🎯 Ultimate Purpose of This DUPR Session
✅Give serious players the chance to establish their first official rating.
✅Provide fair and structured matchmaking during open plays.
🎯 Secondary Purpose of This DUPR Session
✅Build better reliability rate for players who already have an initial DUPR rating

⚙️ 🤝 Expectation of this meet?
✅High Reliability 4.0 3.5 3.0 DUPR Rated players are invited to match with NR to calibrate players with overly/underly rated DUPR.
✅Team Average DUPR will be observed for players with more than 80% reliability (8pm-9pm)
✅You will be matchmaked or paired based on your actual skills

📌Timeline
1️⃣7pm-8pm Ranked Rotation Ladder
Averaging of match is based on actual rank number. Rank is arranged via DUPR rating with more than 40 matches, for players with less than 40 matches the host will override the ranking.
2️⃣8pm-9pm Team Average DUPR rating
3️⃣9pm-10pm Matches based on your actual skill
