Registration

- Registration is still via ATP’s RECLUB

- ₱100 OP fee is still paid first via reclub

- Additional DUPR FEE of ₱100 of will be paid upon check in

- There will be 2 sessions
• Session 1 (3pm-6:15pm)
NR TO 3.300 DUPR

• Session 2 (6pm-9:30pm)
3.300 + DUPR

- Strictly 32/32 players only per session

- Confirmed players need to check in at the control booth upon arrival

Requirements

- All players MUST have a DUPR account connected to ReClub

- If you are not yet connected, the control booth will assist you during check-in

- Session 1 players (3pm - 6:15pm)

Game Mechanics

- First to 11 points only. no deuce

- If the score reaches 10-10, the next point wins the game

- All scores must be submitted to the control booth immediately after each game

- The format is a ladder match with random teammates and opponents

- No more paddle stacking.

- There will be a system that will manage queue and pairings live.

- Matches and players will be called by the control booth when it is your turn to play.

- Players can scan the QR code provided at the venue to view the live broadcasting of current games and see their upcoming matches.

- We’re all here because we love the game. While these matches are DUPR-rated and the competition will be high, remember that we are a community first

By joining this event, you acknowledge that pickleball involves inherent risks, including physical injury, falls, collisions, or property damage.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release and hold harmless the organizers, hosts, venue staff, and affiliated parties from any claims, injuries, or damages that may arise. This release applies to all aspects of the event, including active play, court transitions, and the use of the facility equipment.

Furthermore, by participating, you agree to abide by the Sportsmanship & Etiquette Rules. You understand that the organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who displays unsportsmanlike conduct or endangers others, without a refund of registration fees.
By participating, you confirm that you are in good physical health, have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation, and have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
