3. Booking Status Guide
• REQUESTED = Don’t pay yet
• WAITLISTED = Pay to secure slot
• ON HOLD = Full, don’t pay !

4. Cancellation Policy
• No cancellations within 8 hrs
• Inform Layla if needed (replacement required)
• No-shows is non-refundable (repeat offenders may be banned)

5. Others
• Host reserves player selection rights
• Parking: DAR Takaful indoor (during session only)
