‼️Important Reminders
1. Request to join first and wait to be confirmed. Everyone will be put on WAITLIST unless paid.
2. If your friend or companion has no Reclub account, you should register them as a PLUS ONE. Better yet, let them make their account to be able to give “KUDOS”.
3. Wait for confirmation message from the host before paying. Slot is ONLY CONFIRMED once payment is sent.
4. First Paid, First Served: Slots are strictly limited.
5. Send payment receipt to the host with all names for the specific payment.
6. Payment is non-refundable, but slots are transferable.
7. This social meet is open to non-club members. You are invited to join our club whenever you come and join our games.
8. Meet new friends and have fun! We are a club made mostly of Rookies, Novices, and Low Intermediates.
9. Arrive atleast 10mins before for warm-up and checking in. Check-in ONLY if you are already ready to play (already done stretching, already worn your shoes, etc)
10. Please be HONEST about your playing level for balanced pairings and matches.
11. Match and Pairing requests are accommodated—just approach the host and you will be queued with your request.
