HOW TO JOIN

1️⃣ Submit a join request.
2️⃣ You will be moved to the waitlist. To secure your slot, go to the “Payment” tab on Reclub meet and pay using the GCash number there (only pay if there’s an open slot).

3️⃣ Via the “Payment” tab on Reclub, upload your e-receipt.
4️⃣ Your spot is secured once the host confirms your payment.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Your reservation secures a dedicated spot that we cannot resell on short notice. If you won’t be able to go, you can find a replacement for your slot.

Cancellations made 6 hrs before open play:
• Allowed but payments are non-refundable.
• Payment made may be transferred or used for Dinking Spot’s open plays, valid for up to 2 weeks.

Cancellations made less than 6 hrs before open play:
• Payments made are non-refundable.
