Training focus:
🏓 3rd Shot Drive & Drop – Transition to the kitchen
🏓 Reset Shots – Turn defense into neutral situations
🏓 Kitchen Dinking – Improve patience, control, and placement
🏓 Volley & Reaction – Fster hands at the net
This session is perfect for players who want to build consistency and play smarter pickleball, not just play games.
