If slots are full, requests also needs to pay 120 to be on the waitlist.

Waitlist automatically gets slot if someone cancels, refunds will then be provided to the person who cancelled.

If slots are full and no one cancels, auto refunds to those on the waitlist.

If no one is on the waitlist and you cancel within the day, no refunds.
