• Managed via PickleQ (Winners vs Lossers format for natural akill matching)

• No walk - ins
• Registration + payment required to secure a slot
• Do NOT pay unless you are waitlisted

• Slot confirmed after verification
• If full payment will be applied to future session

🔄 Cancellation & Refunds
• No refunds for cancellations
• No refunds if slot are full, but funds can be used for future session
• If you can't attend, you may find a replacement
• Replacement player pays you directly (I don't handle the transaction)
• Inform admin of the replacement for approval
