​付款留位： 請透過 payme.hsbc/kycheung1、FPS 或 Alipay 付款。為確保名額，合適參加者報名後會放入後補名單請盡快完成付款，收到付款後確認後方視為報名成功。
​退出細則： 僅接受活動前 24 小時通知退出方可退款。當日通知恕不退款，但下次報名可享優惠。若預知無法出席，請儘早告知以便安排候補。
​即日退款政策： 除主辦方取消活動可獲全額退款外，其餘個人原因缺席一律不予退款。
​溫馨提醒： 主辦方僅提供比賽用匹克球及膠帶。請自備球拍、飲用水，並強烈建議佩戴護目鏡及個人防護裝備。

​⚠️ Registration Guidelines (Please Read Carefully):
​Terms Confirmation: By registering, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the [YTM Vitality Pickleball Club Manual], including all liability waivers and risk assumption clauses.
​Payment & Reservation: Payments are accepted via payme.hsbc/kycheung1, FPS, or Alipay. Your spot is only guaranteed once payment is received and confirmed.
​Cancellation Policy: Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable, though a discount will be offered for your next booking. Please inform us early if you cannot attend to allow waitlisted players to join.
​Same-day Refund Policy: Full refunds are only issued if the organizer cancels the event. No refunds will be provided for personal absences or withdrawals.
Reminders: The organizer provides pickleballs for competitions and court tape only. Please bring your own paddle and sufficient water. For your safety, wearing protective eyewear and sports gear is highly recommended.
