Our coaches have strategically programmed weekly drills to produce maximum results on athletic performance. This programme is specially designed for players rated 2.5 and above who are serious about improving their skills.
(Note: This session is not for beginners.)

Monthly programme:
Week 1 : Serve, Return & Dinks
Week 2 : Dinks,SpeedUps & Resets
Week 3 : Resets, Volley & Drops
Week 4: Drops , Drives & Lobs
*Footwork training & Fitness conditioning may be included in each session
