First to pay, first to play. ✨

Players will remain on “Requested” status until payment is settled and proof of payment is sent in the payment chat section. Once verified, you will be accepted into the meet.

For players paying in cash, kindly inform us right away and make sure payment is settled before playing on the court so we can still accommodate and accept you in the Reclub meet.

Please also be informed that no refunds will be accommodated within 24 hours before the Open Play.

Only confirmed players in Reclub will be accommodated for Open Play. Please make sure your slot is officially booked and approved before joining.

Walk-ins without prior confirmation will not be allowed, as we want to keep rotations smooth and fair for all registered players.

🏆 SCORING
Games are played to 11 points, win by 2 (deuce applies). If the score is tied at 10–10, play continues until one side leads by 2 points. Quick games mean more rotations, more rallies, and more time on court for everyone.

Please bring your own pickleballs and come prepared for nonstop rallies and smooth gameplay.

🔄 FAIR PLAY ROTATION
Place your paddle in line to join the queue. Once 4 paddles are stacked, that match is fixed and will be played in order to keep everything fair. After your game, rejoin the line by stacking your paddle again for the next rotation. This system ensures equal chances and balanced playtime for all players.
