Check in by **6:50 PM** ⏰ (latest **7:15 PM**) so we can keep the fun rolling with max games for all 🎉.

🚫 **Last-Minute Changes:**
No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the game (or 48 hours if paying in cash).
If you cannot attend, please send a substitute player.
If you cancel after the deadline and have not paid, we reserve the right to deny entry.
