Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk:
By registering and participating in this open gym session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that volleyball is a physical sport that involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, sprains, strains, fractures, collisions with other players, contact with equipment, and other injuries that may result in serious injury, disability, or death.
Physical Condition: I certify that I am in proper physical condition to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation. I agree to immediately inform the organizers if I experience any pain, discomfort, or injury during the event.
Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, facility owners, staff, volunteers, other participants, and any affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur during my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Medical Treatment: I authorize the organizers to secure emergency medical treatment if necessary, and I agree to be financially responsible for any medical costs incurred.

For Minors (Under 18): A parent or legal guardian must be present and agrees to all terms on behalf of the minor participant.
Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms. All kids must be supervise by an adult AT ALL TIMES
