WEDNESDAY Open Play

How to Join our Open Plays:

1. Select an OP Schedule and press "Request to Join". Please note that schedules for the week are posted every Sunday afternoon, for our regular schedules on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 5-10PM.

2. The first 35 players to request and upload their INDIVIDUAL payment receipt under THEIR NAME in the meet they have selected will be confirmed. (First to pay, first to play basis). Please ask our staff for assistance if you are having trouble uploading it under your name. Please do not send your payment screenshots through the group chat, or chat of the meet.

3. To pay, please GCASH P100 to (09277992391 - E.L), then go to the OP meet of your choosing and upload payment receipt under the "payments" tab. Please do not pay for multiple days, or for a large groups in one individual payment as this may lead to human errors. We will also be reimbursing those who paid but got waitlisted, unless spots open up before the OP time.

4. Should there be any issues within Reclub or Gcash, please inform our team immediately.

5. You may add your plus ones only if it is their first time to play at one of our OP events. Please send the payment for their participation via direct message. Please have them sign-up as members of our Reclub for subsequent games, so that they may upload their individual payments, and get updates as well.

6. We will not reimburse those who cancel on the same day of the meet. We will only reimburse payments if you let us know by 9PM the day before the OP. Your individual payment is also non-transferrable to another player. Moreover, we will not credit any payment to the following week, to keep it fair for players each week who wish to join our OPs, unless it has to do with extreme weather circumstances.

6. We will not allow DUPR games at our OPs. There will be designated days where the games will be for DUPR, or players may organize this amongst themselves outside of OP time, or after (between 10PM to 12PM). This will ensure that the stack may be mixed randomly, based on skill, by our court coordinators only. Please be reminded that players are not allowed to reshuffle the stack to their liking once our court coordinators have placed them on their selected baskets.

7. Games at our Open Plays are played till 11 points, side-out scoring. Please respect our Court Coordinators should they remind players, and also if they ask to cut games short at 10:00PM sharp.

8. Our Open Plays are a meant for fun, and to collectively grow as a pickleball community. We'd like to remind everyone to stay friendly, to make honest line calls, to use decent language, and to be mindful of other people's belongings. We're so proud to be a place where beginners feel welcome, and intermediate and advanced players feel like their skills are challenged to grow.
