Welcome to our beginner-friendly open play session designed for learning, improving, and enjoying the game.
Session Duration: 4 Hours
Courts Available: 2–3 courts (based on reservations and demand)

1️⃣ Registration & Payment
Please settle via Maya (Marc Dimabuyu – 0918 206 1685) and upload proof in ReClub to secure your slot.
💡 Paying via cash, membership, or PWD rate? Kindly inform the host in advance so you can be included in the confirmed list.

2️⃣ Cancellation Policy
No refunds 6 hours before the session.

3️⃣ Beginner Support & Safety
This session is beginner-focused. Please inform the host of: • Your playing level
• Any injury or medical condition
Kindly warm up properly and stay hydrated.
💧 Water and ice are available at the venue.
🩺 A medic is available at the facility for emergencies.

4️⃣ Paddle Demos & Equipment
Demo paddles are available during the session.
Feel free to try different paddles and find what suits your game.
• Balls are provided
• Paddle rentals available upon request
• You may bring your own ball if preferred

5️⃣ Court Etiquette & House Rules
To keep the session organized and enjoyable for everyone:
• Non-marking shoes only
• Keep courts clean
• No outside food
• No smoking or vaping
• No pets
• Secure your personal belongings
• Respect fellow players and follow the queue system

6️⃣ Parking Courtesy
Carpooling is encouraged to help manage limited parking space.
