🎾 How To Join
1. Request to join.
2. Mingram will put you on the waitlist if payment hasn’t been made.
3. Once payment is made, please send a screenshot to Mingram.
4. After payment confirmation, your slot will be secured as a participant.
5. Slots are allocated on a First Paid & Confirmed, First Served basis.

📌 Terms & Conditions
1. Please check your tennis level for each coaching session to ensure the program runs smoothly.
2. For Netigram who already made payment but can’t attend within 24 hours before the session, no refund or reschedule is allowed. You may transfer/sell your slot to another participant.
3. Refund or reschedule is only possible up to H-24 (24 hours prior).
4. For outdoor courts:
- Please wait 10 minutes after class starts to confirm if the session will be canceled due to rain.
- If rain occurs within the first hour of class, participants will receive a 50% deposit credit.
- If rain occurs after 1 hour of class, no deposit will be provided.
- Refund or reschedule due to rain is only valid if the host cancels the session.
