📘Sign up Guidelines:

1. Join first here in ReClub Open Play before paying
2. Pay the openplay through GCASH NUMBER stated ABOVE
3. Upload payment receipt in the “payment” tab or chat/send the receipt to the host.
4. Admin will approve you once payment has been verified.

🎯Game Mechanics:

1. First come, first play.
2. Players who arrive late will not receive priority and must place their paddles at the bottom of the stack.
3. Pls stack your paddles honestly & fairly, winner vs winner and loser vs loser.
4. Victory Points: 11 pts
5. Slide 2 if both teams reach 10 pts
6. "Volley/warm-up" time limited to 1 min. only to maximize playing time for all players.

⚠️Cancellation Policy:

1. Once you are listed as a confirmed player, payment is non-refundable.
2. If the open play is canceled due to unforeseen reasons (brownout, emergencies, etc.) all players will be refunded.
3. Players who are unable to play may sell their slot to other players. Pls inform the hosts asap to confirm the new players.
