WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

ALL Participants in DLPC Pickleball activities, Open Plays, training, tournaments, and other related activities organized by DIVINE LIGHT PICKLEBALL CLUB OF LAS PIÑAS, are purely voluntary and hereby agree and accept the ff:

1. Acknowledged the risks that exist when playing within the rules and regulations of the Pickleball sport. Participants are responsible for their own HEALTH, medical condition, actions and decisions during the Activity.

2. All Participants, their heirs, families and assigns, hereby waive, release, and forever discharge DIVINE LIGHT PICKLEBALL CLUB OF LAS PIÑAS, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, coaches, sponsors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, or liabilities whatsoever, including but not limited to claims for negligence, arising out of or in any way connected with their participation in the Activities, whether such claims arise before, during, or after the Activities.

3. This waiver and release includes, but is not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss or damage, whether caused by the negligence of the Club or otherwise.

4. Players agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the Pickleball Sport Activities, including but not limited to the rules of the sport, the rules of the event, and any other rules or regulations established by the Club.

5. Participants agree to hold harmless the CLUB from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, or liabilities whatsoever, including claims for negligence, arising out of or in any way connected with their participation in the Activities, whether such claims arise before, during, or after the Activities.
