After you request, you will be on waitlist until advance payment is done to secure your spot.
This is to avoid no shows. Your understanding is appreciated.
If your plans change we are happy to refund your payment if you cancel 24 hours before meet.

- Arrive 5 minutes early. Players 15+ minutes late forfeit their spot and payment.

- No-shows: Results will be submitted as a 0–15 loss.

- Matches are generated via Reclub—be ready when scheduled. 1-minute warm-up, rally scoring, first to 15, no deuce (win by 1). Rotating partners.

- Scores will be uploaded to DUPR within 24 hours.

- To finish within 2 hours, organizers may adjust scoring and/or number of rounds as needed. Thank you for your cooperation.
