• Games to 11 (sudden death at 10-10)
•Managed via PickleW (winners vs losers format for natural skill matching)

• No walk-ins
• Registration + payment required to secure a slot
• Do NOT pay unless you are waistlisted

• If full, payment will be applied to a future session

• No refunds for cancellations
• No refunds if slots are full, but funds can be used for future session
• If you can't attend, you may find a replacement
• Replacement player pays you directly (we don't handle the transaction)
• Inform admin of the replacement for approval
