📍 Courts 4, 5 & 6 • 7:00PM to 11:00PM
Matches will alternate between Beginners and Intermediate players across the three courts.

Example flow:
Match 1 – Beginners (Court 4)
Match 2 – Intermediate (Court 5)
Match 3 – Beginners (Court 6)

If a court finishes earlier than the others, the next scheduled skill group rotates into the court that becomes available.

1.) Bring your own paddle
2.) Balls will be provided
3.) Games played to 11 points
4.) Sudden death at 10–10 (no win by 2)
5.) Open Play managed via PickleQ
* Mode: Skill-separated
* Beginners play with beginners
* Intermediates play with intermediates

📝 How to Join
1.) Request to join the meet
2.) Once waitlisted, pay the court fee using any payment option above
3.) Upload your payment receipt in the Payment tab or Session Chat
4.) Admin will approve your slot once payment is verified
5.) If slots are already full, your payment may be applied to a future session

🔁 Cancellation Policy
1.) No refunds for cancellations
2.) You may transfer your slot to:
* A waitlisted player, or
* A substitute player of your choice
3.) You are responsible for collecting payment directly from the replacement player
4.) Admin must be informed of:
* The cancellation
* The replacement player
5.) Deadline: 1 hour before the start of play
6.) Admin will update the roster once confirmed
7.) Replacement players are only valid after admin approval

Admins reserve the right to move players between the Beginner and Intermediate categories if necessary. This will only happen under the following conditions:
• A player exchange will be done so the total player count in each category remains the same.
• The move is based on performance during games (e.g., a player clearly underperforming or overperforming in their current category).
• The reason for the move will be explained to both players, and the exchange will only proceed if both players agree.
• The goal of this adjustment is to maintain balanced and enjoyable games for everyone.
