Ketentuan Durasi Coaching disesuaikan dengan jumlah participants yang hadir

[ Minimal 2 Participants ] :

• 2–3 Participants : durasi latihan 1 jam
[ 45 Minutes Drilling ( Forehand, Backhand, Volley, Service, etc ) + 15 Minutes Game Situation ]

• 4–8 Participants : durasi latihan 2 jam
[ 90 Minutes Drilling ( Forehand, Backhand, Volley, Service, etc ) + 30 Minutes Game Situation ]

BOOKING POLICY :
1. This booking is NON REFUNDABLE.
2. NO CANCEL / NO REFUND. Make sure that you’re available and the session you choose are correct.
3. Maximum Reschedule is 24 hours before the session starts.
4. If you can't attend, your slot can be replaced by your friend or you can sell it independently.

OUTDOOR SESSION POLICY :
- Hujan sebelum sesi dimulai = 100% Refund
- Hujan < 30 menit setelah sesi dimulai : 50% Refund
- Hujan > 30 menit setelah sesi dimulai : No Refund
- Apabila kurang partisipan / cancel dari Batavia Tennis = 100% Refund
