📍 Venue: High On Pickle – Bandar Puchong Jaya, Selangor.

⏰ Time: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
(Please try to arrive by 7:30 PM for warm-up and smooth start)

OPEN TO ALL LEVELS
*Everyone is welcome — from beginners to experienced players.

*Note for Beginners: Games may occasionally include intermediate level players. If you are new or prefer a gentler pace, please inform us in advance or upon arrival so we can arrange suitable groupings to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

SESSION DETAILS
*Courts: To ensure optimal playtime for everyone, our court bookings are scaled based on attendance:
1 to 5 Players: 1 Court.
6 to 10 Players: 2 Courts.
*Maximum Players: 10 players (First come, first served).
*Fee: RM25 per person (includes court rental and balls).

GAME FORMAT
*Doubles, casual stacking & mixing system for fair rotation.
*Rally scoring to 15 points (win by 1), At 14–14: Serve to Win (The serving team must win the rally to secure victory. If they lose the rally, the receiving team gains the point and serves.)

EQUIPMENT
*Bring your own paddle (recommended).
*Paddle rental: RM5 per paddle (from host, limited availability) or RM5 per paddle (venue counter).
*Non-marking indoor court shoes required.
*Bring your own water and towel.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT PROCESS

2️⃣ Once approved, proceed with payment immediately. Slots are confirmed strictly on a first-to-pay basis.

4️⃣ Your slot is ONLY confirmed after payment is received.
5️⃣ Post your payment receipt in the session group chat immediately after payment.

*If the session is full, remain on the waitlist. You will be contacted if a slot becomes available.
*​Participant status (including confirmed and wait-listed spots) is subject to host approval.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellations or refunds within 24 hours of the session start time. No-shows will result in forfeiture of payment.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Participants join at their own risk. The host and organizers shall not be responsible for any injuries, accidents, losses, or health related issues occurring before, during, or after the session. Players are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate.
