Payment-First Policy:
To keep things organized and fair for everyone, slots are secured once payment is received.
Requests without payment, will be placed on the waitlist first, but don’t worry - as soon as your payment is sent, we’ll gladly move you to the confirmed list. 😊

🥎BYOB = Bring your own ball.

Cancellation / Refunds Policy:
No worries if you need to cancel - you may do so at least 24 hours before the open play.
After that, it’s game on! No take backs!

• First 2 hours – Win/Lose paddle stacking
• Last 2 hours – You may request to play with other players (please be patient while waiting for your turn)

We strictly have a maximum of 36 players (3 courts) to ensure better rotations and fair play for everyone.
***Walk-ins are allowed as long as there are still available slots.

Our goal is to make sure everyone gets to enjoy the games and have a smooth, fun session.
