Court Flow:
Bottom ➡️ S10 → S11 → S9 → S8 → 👑 E3 (King Court)

How it works:
✅ Win → Move up & stack paddle
❌ Lose → Stay, stack paddle & wait for next game

👑 Lose at King Court? Back to bottom you go 😈
