Only players who have secured slots will be allowed to play. STRICTLY NO WALK INS please. Selling of slots or slot substitution is NOT ALLOWED. For concerns, please pm the host.

We will strictly follow queuing by the PICKLEQ app (pickleq.app).

Fee is fixed per person at ₱150.
Once a player is waitlisted, payment details will be sent through chat. Please wait to be waitlisted before paying. Player is only confirmed to join when payment is made. (Please upload the proof of payment on the payment tab. Do NOT send it to the group chat.)

There is a cancellation freeze 24 hours before the meet.
NO REFUNDS will be given to those who cancel during the cancellation freeze period.

Open play etiquette:
Race to 11 points, +2 only until 15 points.
Warmups are limited to 2 minutes max.

Skill level requirement: Novice or higher ONLY.
Priority is given to regular Club players.
