HOW TO SECURE YOUR SLOT

1. Request to Join
2. Once added to the Waitlist, proceed with payment.
3. Complete your payment and upload your proof of payment in the Payment Tab.
4. Once verified, you’ll be moved to CONFIRMED — and you’re all set to play!

First to pay will be confirmed first.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

• Refunds are available until 24 hours before Open Play.
• If you can’t make it, you may send a substitute player in your place.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Unpaid players 24 hours before Open Play may be placed ON HOLD, and their slots may be released to players on the Waitlist.
• For multiple-player payments, please indicate the names of all players included when uploading your proof of payment.

HEALTH & SAFETY

By joining Open Play, players confirm that they are physically fit and able to participate safely.

Please warm up, stay hydrated, and play within your limits. Stop playing immediately if you experience dizziness, weakness, shortness of breath, chest pain, or feel unwell.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Club, organizers, admins, and court facility shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, medical emergencies, loss, or damage arising from participation in Open Play, except where liability cannot legally be waived.
