📋Waitlist, Payment & Replacement Policy
- Once you are placed on the waitlist, payment must be made promptly
- Your slot will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment
- PayNow: 9898-9996 (SN), PM me or send in chat with your payment screenshot
- If you are unable to attend after confirmation, please find your own replacement where possible and inform the host of the replacement details in advance

*Take note* If you are on the waitlist and the session is currently full, please refrain from making payment until a slot becomes available.

🏟 Courts Arrangement
- Court 4: Winner Court
- Court 1: Challenger Court

🎾 Game Format
- Player may join any court on a first-come, first served basis
- The first batch on court will do a short warm-up. The second batch will proceed straight into the game and start the paddle queue, keeping the games running smoothly for the night
- Game end at 15 points
- Place your paddle in the queue for the court you’re moving to
- All court 4 in 4 out

🔁 Court Movement Rules, After each game:
If you WIN
➡ Move TOWARD Court 4
If you LOSE
➡ Move TOWARD Court 1

⭐ Special Court Rules
- Court 4 (Winner Court)
- Winners paddle re-queue at Court 4
- Challengers move to Court 3

- Court 1 (Challenger Court)
- Challengers paddle re-queue at Court 1
- Winners move to Court 2

👥 Partner Rule
- Whenever you move courts:
- Split partners and play with someone new
- This keeps matches fair and social

🪑 Paddle Queue System
- Each court has its own paddle queue
- The next paddles in line enter for the game

- Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (2 Hours)
- Location: Kings Pickleball Arena (Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium)
- Address: 317 Outram Road (S)169075
- Parking: Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium ($2/hr) or Havelock Road Temple Side Road ($1.20/hr)
- MRT: Nearest station – Havelock MRT exit 5

📍Liability & Participation Agreement
- Participation is at your own risk. While pickleball is enjoyable, accidents may occur.
- The host shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages.
- By participating, you confirm that you are fit to play and will stop immediately if you feel unwell.
- You agree to comply with all event rules and court rotation guidelines to ensure fair play for everyone.
