How to Join & Guidelines

Please read the details below before signing up:

✅️ How to Join
1. Click “Request to Join” on Reclub
2. Pay ₱250.00 via GCash to Jaie.
3. Upload your payment receipt by
sending it on the Payment Tab on the event page or send us a DM on Reclub. :)

Your slot is confirmed only after payment is verified. No pay. No play. 😉

Reminder: Do not pay if there are no open slots on the confirmed list.

❌️ Cancellations
- Cancellations made within 6 hours before the intended meet schedule will no longer be eligible for a refund and rebooking.

- Refund or Rebooking will be honored if requested earlier the intended OP schedule.

If it’s your first time using Reclub, message us — we’re happy to help you get set up.

📋Play Rules
- 🏓 Online queuing will be used for fair rotation
- 🙌 Open to all skill levels – no partner needed
🔁 Players rotate after each game to mix & match
🎉 Come warmed up, enjoy your play, stay hydrated, and have fellowship with one another!
🙇Respect everyone — on and off the court

⚠️Waiver and Release of Liability

✅By joining this meet, I acknowledge that participating in pickleball carries certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, falls, collisions, or damage to personal property. I understand that these risks are inherent in any physical activity and accept full responsibility for my participation.

✅I agree that I am voluntarily joining this event and assume all risks associated with playing, whether caused by my own actions, the actions of others, the equipment, or the playing environment.

✅I release and hold harmless the organizers, venue staff, and any affiliated individuals or groups from any and all claims or liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that may arise from my participation.

✅By participating, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to the terms set forth above.
