📣 Pickleball Game Announcement 🏓
Hi everyone!
We’ll be having a pickleball game session on may 11, 2026 at 6-10pm (2 courts). Please make sure to arrive at least 15–30 minutes early so we can organize and start on time.
⏰ Time Reminder:
Be punctual so everyone gets fair playing time and we can manage the rotation smoothly.
🎒 What to Bring:
• Pickleball paddle
• Balls (if you have extra, bring them 👍)
• Comfortable sportswear
• Water / hydration
• Towel
• Extra shirt (optional but recommended)
📋 Game Flow / What to Expect:
• We will be using PickleQ for player queuing
• Your name will be registered in the queue upon arrival
• Wait for your turn and be ready when called
• Keep games quick and fair to give everyone a chance to play (scoring: 11 only)
📱 Important:
We will be setting up PickleQ for proper queuing, so please cooperate and follow the system to avoid confusion.

* A slot shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
* No refunds will be issued for no-shows. However, cancellations made at least eight (8) hours prior to the scheduled session may be accommodated.
