🏓 GAME FORMAT

• Paddle queue system (first 4 paddles = next game)
• Games to 11 (win by 2, cap at 12)
• Rotate after each game if players are waiting
• Doubles play only
• No warm-ups when courts are full

💳 PAYMENT

• Payment required to secure your slot
• Only paid players will be approved
• Unpaid players will be waitlisted

• Slot confirmed after verification

⏳ WAITLIST POLICY

• If full, you will be waitlisted
• Do NOT send payment if slots are full
• You will be notified if a slot opens

🚫 NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION

• No-shows are still charged
• No cancellations within 8 hours before session
• You may find a replacement player
• If no replacement, payment is forfeited

• Respect players & rotation system
