Class designed for 3-4 DUPR 2.5+ players to upskill the level

◇ The focus:
▪︎ Techniques and strategy to play at the net 🏸🏓
▪︎ Understanding the WHY and developing the HOW to play proactively

◇ The format:
▪︎ First 90min: Build-up training; Tactical drills
▪︎ Remaining 30min: Game play to practise and correction
