FORMAT FOR CONFIRMATION OF SLOTS
1. SECURE a CONFIRMED slot first before paying
(unlike before that you need to pay first before you are confirmed)

2. UPLOAD PAYMENTS IN THE PAYMENTS TAB
- Make sure to upload payments in the payments tab so that we could see right away and tag your slot as "Paid"

3. Grabbing of slots
- People who "Requested" can GRAB slots that are still UNPAID by people who did not settle by the respective Deadline of Payments

This is a social open play meant to mingle, meet new players, and enjoy games together while playing.

Registration helps us set up matches and track scores.

Payment is required to reserve your slot. First paid, first reserved.

Once confirmed, just show up and play.

Note: Once waitlisted, we need your payment confirmation to secure your slot.

🎾 Game Format

🏁 Games are played to 11 points. You must win by 2.

🚫 No Walk-Ins
We are keeping the player count limited so everything runs smoothly.

No slot means no walk-in play.

🔄 Cancellations

Payments are non refundable, but slots are transferable.

If someone takes your slot, please message the admin so we can update the list.

✋🏻 Contingencies

Since this event is an outdoor event, if it starts raining, your next game is completely on us!
