📝 Registration & Payment Guidelines
1) Request to be waitlisted for the event through Reclub.
2) Once waitlisted, send your proof of payment (GCash receipt) via the Reclub Chat ONLY.
3) Players using Free Open Play Vouchers must send a photo of their voucher through Reclub Chat. The physical voucher must be presented and verified on the day of the event.
4) Please wait for confirmation of your waitlist slot before sending payment.
5) Sending payment without a confirmed waitlist slot does not guarantee entry to the event.

📌 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are non-refundbale.
- If you can no longer attend, you may find a replacement player for your slot. Otherwise, your payment will be converted into credit for your next OP.
