Before You Submit Your Request — Quick Read! 👋
1. Payment — Once accepted, PayNow the court fees to the designated Payment Collector (see “Chat” tab for details). Please pay promptly so we don’t have to chase you!
2. Cancellation — We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Only sign up if you can commit!
3. Wet Weather — If ActiveSG refunds our booking due to bad weather, we’ll refund you too.
4. Non-Profit — Our sessions run on a cost-recovery basis. Our organisers volunteer their time for free, which is why fees are low and spots are in high demand.
5. Be Considerate — Rotate fairly, and if others are waiting, play to 15 instead of 21. In general, just be kind and thoughtful — we can’t cover every scenario, but consideration goes a long way!
6. Good Vibes Only — We’re building a fun, welcoming community. Great energy is contagious, so bring the good stuff and leave any stress at the door. 😊
7. Fair Play — We’re here because we love pickleball! Please follow the rules, especially Rules 6.B and 6.C — respect the game and respect your fellow players.
