🔔 50% fee must be pay if you cancel game after 12pm on the game day.
🔔 IF NO SHOW or sudden cancel game 3hours before, 100% payment must be pay for slot lost.

1. All slots will be go for first come first serve basics.

2. Refunds are not available 24hours before the game.

3. The session will be cancelled if fewer than 4 players confirm attendance and refund will be processed within 24hours.

4. Advance payment is required to prevent no- show

5. Once payment done is non refundable. Only able to carry forward the paid slot to the next meet.

6. Host reserved the right to filter player for competitive game

7. Host reserved rights to pause your game or rotate players if needed to ensure fair play and flow for all.
