We’re teaming up with Foundry Training & Performance to bring the PIQ community a pickleball-specific strength & conditioning session designed to help you move better, play stronger, and stay injury-free.

This session focuses on purposeful movements that support pickleball performance, including mobility, stability, and power — the physical foundations every player needs on court.

Whether you’re training to compete or just want to move better during games, this workout will give you a taste of how structured S&C can elevate your pickleball.

What to expect:
• Pickleball-specific strength & movement drills
• Guided session by professional coaches from Foundry
• Beginner-friendly but valuable for all levels
• 60-minute community workout
