KINGCOURTS (court 1-4)

1. Payment Method

* Payment is GCash only.
* No other payment methods will be accepted.
* Please upload the receipt under the Payment tab.
* Receipts sent via Messenger will not be acknowledged.
* For plus one payments, please upload the receipt with both players’ names clearly indicated.

2. Confirmation of Slot

* A slot is considered CONFIRMED only once payment is made.
* Confirmed = Paid.

3. Waitlist Policy

* Requests for slots must not be paid until you are moved to the waitlist and instructed to do so.
* Players on the waitlist must pay to confirm their slot once notified.
* Unpaid waitlist slots will not be held.

4. Request Policy

* Requests for slots must not be paid until you are moved to the waitlist and instructed to do so.

5. Refund & Transfer Policy

* All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
* Payments are TRANSFERABLE to another player (subject to organizer approval).

6. Cancellation Policy

* No cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of your scheduled play time.
* Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of payment.

7. General

* By joining the open play, players agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
Note:
Balls are provided for open play. Kindly leave the ball on the court after each game for the next set of players.

8. Stacking Policy
* Double stacking is not allowed.
* Players may not team up with the same partner for more than three consecutive games, except in the case of a rematch.
