• All players must know the basic gameplay, rules, and policies of pickleball.

How can you join our open play?

✅ Find our club "Calma Pickleball Club (CPC) on Reclub app and hit 'Request to Join'.

✅ Make sure to carefully select the Date & Time of the open play event that you want to join.

✅ Process your open play fee per player using Gcash and upload it to the 'Payment Tab'

💡 IMPORTANT

• Pay first to confirm your slot
• To keep things fair for all the players, slots are only confirmed after payment is received.
• Unpaid requests will be placed on the waitlist.
• All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• If you are NOT CONFIRMED on the day of Open Play, you will NOT be allowed to play.

💸 REFUND POLICY

• Refunds will ONLY be issued to players who have paid but were NOT approved to play.
• No refunds will be given to approved players who:

1. Cancel on the same day of the game, or
2. Fail to show up their scheduled game.
