PHQ's Special Competitive Open Play

Guidelines & Details

* Open to players with Mid to High intermediate skill levels and a DUPR rating not lower than 3.0. Games are expected to be intense and competitive.

* Players below the required rating may still be accepted upon evaluation and approval by PHQ coaches.

* Registration Fee: ₱300 per player

* Payment Method:

* Players may proceed with payment as long as slots are still available.

* No walk-ins will be accepted once the open play is full.

* Includes 4 hours of open play.

* DUPR matches may be initiated upon request and for an extra fee.

* Upon arrival at PHQ, please approach a PHQ personnel to verify your inclusion in the player list for the open play session.

* No refund policy for no-shows or cancellations made within 6 hours before the start of the open play.


PICKLEBALL HQ WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in the use of the facilities, equipment, and services of PICKLEBALL HQ (FACILITY), I agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk:
I acknowledge and fully understand that participation in pickleball and other recreational activities at the Facility involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, equipment failure, heat stroke and potential exposure to communicable diseases, I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown.
2. Release of Liability:
I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Pickleball HQ, its owners, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liabilities for any injury, disability, death, or damage to person or property that may arise from or in connection with my use of the Facility or participation in any Facility-related activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
3. Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Pickleball HQ and its representatives from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of my participation in any activity at the Facility.
4. Medical Treatment:
In the event of an emergency, I consent to receive medical treatment deemed advisable by the Facility staff or emergency responders. I understand that I am responsible for all associated costs.
5. Photography/Video Release:
I grant permission for the Facility to use photographs or video taken of me for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.
6. Rules and Conduct:
I agree to abide by all posted rules and regulations of the Facility and to follow the instructions of Facility staff at all times.
