🔈Organizers also reserve the right to assess and adjust player levels based on actual gameplay observed during open play to ensure proper grouping and overall game quality.

📌 How to Join / Pay Before Play:

1️⃣ Check the confirmed list for available slots
2️⃣ Submit a join request
3️⃣ Pay via GCash or Maya
4️⃣ Upload your receipt in the “Payment” tab

‼️Payment & Slot Confirmation Policy‼️

☑️ Payment first policy: Your slot will only be confirmed once payment is completed.

☑️ Waitlist policy: Unpaid players will remain in the WAITLISTED section. You will only be moved to CONFIRMED after payment is settled.

☑️ First come, first serve: All WAITLISTED players may proceed with the payment; however, slots will be allocated on a first pay, first served basis.

☑️ Cash payments: Inform the organizers in advance if you intend to pay onsite.

☑️ No walk-ins allowed: This ensures a controlled number of players and smooth, timely queueing during open play.

☑️ No refund: Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled open play are non-refundable.

☑️ Stay updated: Regularly check the Reclub meet for announcements and updates.

📋 Open Play Check-In Reminders & Etiquette

✅Check-in required: Register your nickname upon arrival.

✅Declare your level: New joiners must state their level (Low, High, or Advanced). Organizers reserve the right to assess and adjust levels based on actual gameplay to ensure proper grouping and overall game quality.

✅Respect court rotation: Be mindful of others—everyone is entitled to equal playing time.

✅Match request: Players may request to play with specific individuals; however, please expect possible waiting time before the requested match can be accommodated.

✅Proper attire only: Wear appropriate sportswear and non-marking shoes at all times.

✅Food & drinks: Allowed in designated areas only.

✅Safety & hygiene: Strictly follow all court rules and cleanliness standards.

✅ By participating, players acknowledge that organizers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss or damage to personal belongings on or around the court.
