By registering, you agree to the event terms and conditions.
1. CANCELLATION BEFORE 48 HOURS (D-2):
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the match are eligible for deposit to a future session of the same value.
2. CANCELLATION WITHIN 48 HOURS:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the match are not eligible for deposit or refund — unless you provide a replacement player.
3. REPLACEMENT POLICY:
Players may find their own replacement.
To avoid forfeiting your deposit, please inform us of the replacement no later than D-1 of the match.
🔔 If no replacement is provided, the payment will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
4. EVENT CANCELLATION BY HOST:
In the rare case we cancel the event (e.g. due to venue or weather issues), 100% of your payment will be refunded or credited for future use.
