Fees
• CMPC Members: ₱200
• Guests: ₱300

Game Mode & Scoring

• Standard (Side-out): 0–11
• Sudden Death (No Deuce)

Court Allotment & Playtime
• 10 players (minimum): 1 court — 4 hours playtime
• 20 players (maximum): 2 courts — 4 hours playtime
• 30 players (maximum): 3 courts — 4 hours playtime

Court allocation is subject to final player count.

Registration Process
1. Request to join via RECLUB.
2. CMPC members will be placed on the waitlist first.
3. Guests will be placed on hold as members are prioritized.
• Guests may be accommodated by 3:00 PM on the day before the OP if slots remain available.
• Slots will be confirmed on a first-in-line, first-to-pay basis, regardless of membership status.

Payment Rules
4. CMPC Members (waitlisted): First-to-pay, first-to-confirm.
5. Guests: DO NOT PAY unless:
• You have been moved to the waitlist, OR
• You received a direct message from the admins.
6. Upload your payment receipt via the RECLUB app.
• Please do not send receipts directly to the hosts, unless there is a technical issue with the app.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
• No cancellations allowed within 12 hours prior to the OP date.
• Beyond this period, no refunds will be issued.
• Players may request the admin to sell their slot to a waitlisted player.
• If no waitlisted player takes the slot, the player may sell the slot independently.
• Refunds apply only if the game is cancelled by the admins.

For 4-Hour Open Play
First 2 hours:

Last 2 hours:
• Level-based play

For 3-Hour Open Play
First 1 hour:
• ALL levels play with each other
• Win/Lose stacking

Request Policy
• Requests are permitted provided that all players remain at the end of the queue.
• Players may only advance once a complete group of four (4) is formed.
• All requested players must complete their games before rejoining the line.

Player Conduct & Fair Play
• Players are expected to respect the queue, court assignments, and stacking system.
• Deliberate line-cutting, repeated delays, or failure to follow guidelines may result in loss of turn or removal from the session.
• Sportsmanship and respect toward fellow players and admins are expected at all times.

Admin Authority
• Admin decisions are final and made in the interest of fair play, time management, and overall experience.
• Guidelines may be adjusted as necessary during the session.
