Cancellation :
• Please inform the host of any cancellation and to update your status accordingly. This is to allow those in the waiting list to fill in the vacant slot.
• There will be a cancellation freeze of 24hrs before the game. Dropouts will have to pay the court fees.
• Those who fail to pay or turn up without informing the host in advance will be banned from future events (because this will disrupt the auto generated matches)

• A delay of up to 5 minutes is acceptable, but if you are more than 5 minutes late, you will forfeit the match with a 11-0 score to your opponent
